Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- In the event of high order volume, processing times may take longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- US Orders: Standard delivery (3–5 business days)
- Europe Orders: Standard delivery (5–10 business days)
- International Orders: Standard delivery (7–15 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your package has shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

- Aura Direct LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
